Welcome!

Blackbird Farms is a small-scale family farm located in beautiful Northeast Ohio. The original part of the home was built in 1870 and was the homestead of the Graham family for which the road is named.

We believe that food should be raised the natural way: In the sunshine and on pasture where animals have a variety of nutrition available to them.  Most animals are smart enough to balance their own nutrition if given the opportunity so their nutrition doesn't need to be injected or force-fed to them like confinement-raised animals.  Nature has a way of providing this already and it produces the best-tasting, most wholesome products we can consume.  Industrial methods can't do that!

We raise pigs and chickens on pasture and we're working on grass fed lamb!  We have free range eggs sell some specialty smoked products like kolbassi (some say keilbassa) and sugar cured bacons and hams.  We have some other irons in the fire so if you don't see what you're looking for here, send us an email.

Our goal is to share this goodness with our family and friends.  Look over our web site and give us your feedback.  We're constantly updating it as we can so come back and visit us often!

In the meantime, please feel free to get in touch with us HERE
